This website is operated by Desert Bloom Estates, a garden estate wedding and event venue located at 4200 W Sweetwater Drive, Tucson, AZ 85745. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, request a brochure, or inquire about an event, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event details. These forms are processed by our customer relationship platform (described below).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Porkbun) may log standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. We do not have direct access to these server logs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, coordinate event planning, and send follow-up communications related to your request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our site uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

LeadConnector / HighLevel. Our contact and brochure forms and our booking calendar are powered by LeadConnector (operated by HighLevel Inc.), which acts as our service provider and data processor. When you submit a form, your information is transmitted to and stored on HighLevel's servers, where HighLevel processes it solely on our behalf and under our instructions to manage your inquiry and our communications with you. This privacy policy — not HighLevel's — governs the personal information you provide to us through these forms. HighLevel describes its own role and practices as a processor in its privacy notice at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

Google Maps. Certain pages embed Google Maps to show our location. Google may collect cookies, device identifiers, and usage data when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy.

YouTube. Some pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect viewing data when videos are loaded or played.

Fonts. Icon fonts and web fonts are hosted locally on our server. No third-party font CDNs are used, and no data is transmitted to external font providers when pages load.

Porkbun. Our site is hosted by Porkbun. Porkbun may collect technical data as described in Porkbun's privacy policy.

Cookies

Our cookie. We set a single first-party cookie (dbe_consent) to remember your cookie preference. It contains only the word "accept" or "decline," expires after one year, and is shared across our subdomains so you are not asked again on each part of our site.

Third-party cookies. Some third-party services listed above may set their own cookies. When you visit our site for the first time, a banner asks whether you accept or decline these cookies. If you decline, optional services such as Google Maps and YouTube videos will not load and will not set cookies. You can change your preference at any time by clearing the dbe_consent cookie in your browser settings, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.

Essential services. Our booking calendar and contact forms (powered by LeadConnector / HighLevel) are classified as essential to the operation of this website. These forms remain active regardless of your cookie preference because they are required to schedule tours, submit inquiries, and communicate with our team.

Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, manage ongoing event coordination, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
